Furnace Magician

We want to give a big thanks to our maintenance man (maintenance magician), Shane Bradbury! He continually fixes our 75 year old coal furnace/boiler system. He often has to build the parts to keep it running because you can't get parts anymore. The furnace was discontinued in the 80's. On Monday the auger broke in two places. He spent his holiday shoveling coal, crawling in the furnace (yes inside the furnace) and working on our system so that our staff and students could come to school in a warm building. He never complains and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to keep this old building up and running. If you see him around the community, please give him a shout of thanks!
