Loa Elementary School teachers Nicole Shields and Ashlee Jackson received Outstanding Science of Reading Teacher awards in an assembly on March 13, 2025. The Utah State Office of Education Early Literacy representatives Denice Maegden, Christine Elegante and Courtney Bills traveled to the school and celebrated the teachers. These teachers are committed to the students and the school. They are dedicated and appreciated for their hard work and teaching skills.
