SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS DESTRUCTION NOTICE 
Wayne School District

Wayne School District is required to give public notice before destroying archived special education records.  If you were born before January 1, 1997, received special education services through Wayne School District, and you want to claim your records before they are destroyed, please contact either Diena Riddle or Jamie Webb at 435-425-3813 before Friday, July 12, 2019.  
Records will be destroyed August 1, 2019.
