Coworkers—those who work alongside them every day—submit nominations to highlight colleagues whose commitment, teamwork, and service stand out. Throughout the year, the Superintendent visits school sites to personally present recipients with a certificate and a small token of appreciation, offering thanks on behalf of the district for their exceptional contributions.
