Controlling the Cougars

In an all out battle both teams struggled to maintain a lead of any kind which kept the first quarter close at 18 to 17.

The second quarter the Badgers found their groove and doubled their points bringing the score to 27 to 35.  Even after the half no one could slow down the Badgers as they again outscored their opponent 35 to 47.  In the final quarter the Badgers scored the most they had in any quarter the whole game bringing final to 48 to 70.  Leading the scoring yet again was Hannah Morrill with 30 points half of which came from 3-pointers.  Maloree Mitchell followed in a close second with 23 points and 1 3-pointer.  As the Badgers begin their approach toward state come and support the final home games of the season.  The girls next home games are on the 11th against Monticello Buckaroos and on the 13th against Whitehorse Raiders.  Their record is now 9-3.
