Pommelling the Panthers

After falling at home on senior night the Badgers fought hard to end the regular season with a win. In the first quarter the Badgers lead 18-11. Their drive to win was obvious as they pounded into the second quarter. Here the Badger’s fell behind by one bringing the score to 27-28. After the half the fight was on. Each team clawing to gain an advantage. The advantage was won by the Badgers who raised the score to 46-38. Still the battle raged on as the fourth quarter was underway. Even the Panthers unpredictability could not overcome the Badger’s lead. Leaving the final score 54-46. The leading scorers for the final regular season game was Wyatt VanOrden with 17 points, which included 4 3-pointers, and Colby Taylor with 13 points, which included 1 3-pointer. As the season is now over the Badgers next games include play-in games to get to state. These game will be held on the 23 and 24 of Feb.
